We strive to deliver the highest marbling beef while working to maintain the lean quality our customers have come to love. Last year, we are proud to say our beef obtained USDA Choice & Select grading seals! As a family farm committed to continual improvements, this is a personal accomplishment we take tremendous pride in.
Pricing for 2026 will be based on hanging weight. On average, our Black Angus will yield ~760-780lbs hanging weight, 100-120lbs per quarter of finished, freezer beef. The beef is processed at a USDA-inspected processor aged for a minimum of 14-days, then vacuum-sealed by cut for maximum freshness. Each cut is labeled with name and weight so you always know what you have in stock. Never run low on quality, locally-sourced beef by stocking up now!

Non-refundable deposit required to reserve package. Meat must be picked up within 3 business days of being notified it is ready for pickup unless other arrangements are made. Failure to pick up meat on time will forfeit deposit and meat package. Final amount owed, less deposit, will be communicated once the meat is processed and is due upon pickup.
